YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Yesterday, the [opposition] ARF [Dashnaktsutyun], PAP [Prosperous Armenia], and Homeland Parties submitted a report to the RA Prosecutor General's Office, demanding that a criminal case be filed in connection with the facts of committing particularly serious crimes, with the culpability of the representatives of the legislative power and other high-ranking officials, in connection with the adoption of the draft constitutional amendments in the parliament.

Zhoghovurd daily tried to find out from the RA Prosecutor General's Office what process the petition submitted by the opposition forces will have. Gor Abrahamyan, adviser to the Prosecutor General, said: "The petition is being considered."

However, it turns out that the situation after the petition is not so calm at the law enforcement. According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, there are heated discussions within the law enforcement system, the specialists are puzzled how to act. And although Abrahamyan did not provide us with any other details, according to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, today, in all probability, it will be clear what will happen to the petition submitted by the three forces.
