YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: It is no secret that sociological surveys are conducted regularly by various institutions, especially for the so-called "internal use."

According to Past newspaper’s information, recently the US Embassy, the NSS [National Security Service], and one of the opposition forces have conducted such surveys in connection with the rating of the [Armenian] authorities, and in particular, of [PM] Nikol Pashinyan. According to our sources, the data of the three surveys are almost identical; according to them, Pashinyan's rating is falling more.

According to the latest surveys, his [approval] rating has set a historical anti-record, reaching about 17.2 percent. According to our sources, this fact has caused serious agitation, the energy to carry out the whims of "outgoing" Pashinyan has considerably decreased, particularly at the NSS and other law enforcement agencies, the American side search for a new scenario with a new leader has gained a "fresh" impetus, and the opposition forces are giving new impetus to their actions, including in the form of rallies.
