YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes: Amid the recent events, a circle of the [Armenian] public is already discussing the possibility of Yerevan-Stepanakert air communication. Is that realistic?

In order to get an answer to this question, Zhoghovurd daily first talked to Artyom Movsesyan, the former head of the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia, and then to Dmitri Adbashyan, an expert in the field of civil aviation.

Artyom Movsesyan, referring to this question, gave a short answer: "From an aviation point of view, it is definitely possible." The expert said that he could not say what the consequences would be because that is already politics, which he does not master.

And here, civil aviation field expert Dmitri Adbashyan noted: "It is technically possible. Everything is possible; you just need will. It is possible, of course. Life shows that it is possible. You just need political will; there is no problem. Technically, I repeat, it is possible, but in reality, probably not because we are facing many political and other—organizational—problems that hinder. If they want to organize it in two or three weeks.
