Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: The authorities’ curtseys towards Turkey were not unanimously accepted at the CC [i.e., the ruling Civil Contract Party].

Some are very enthusiastic about the "flexible" diplomacy conducted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, his ability to find an understanding with the Turks, considering that first of all, relations with Turkey should be normalized in order to establish lasting peace in the region. They believe that the RA authorities have brought Turkey into the game in order to arrange a mediator to normalize relations with Azerbaijan, and [FM] Mirzoyan has transferred the peace treaty document to Azerbaijan through the Turks, essentially granting Turkey a mandate as a member of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The other part [of the CC members] believes that this unfounded Turk-loving is unnecessary, as Turkey will never give up its expansionist ambitions.
