YEREVAN. – According to those close to MP, Prosperous Armenia Party former member, and ex-Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian assure that his political party-founding activities are in progress, according to Hraparak daily.

“He has solved virtually all problems (…), but the most important, the finance matter, is still unresolved.

“Oskanian, who has not yet shaken off the money laundering charges [that were brought against him], cannot accept the offers for being funded from any source because they can fresh the slumbered case again.

“According to the news, now he is negotiating with some centers to find clean and not dangerous money,” Hraparak wrote.
