YEREVAN. – There was a major personnel “starvation” in the political team of new Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, and numerous other options were discussed during the appointments, according to Hraparak (Square) newspaper.

“Also, there are concerns in the team with respect to the ‘replacing makeup [of the new government].’ If any of the [new] ministers cannot manage, a new person shall be appointed; but ‘there are not’ many competent new ones,” wrote Hraparak.
