YEREVAN. – When will the negotiations between Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the National Assembly (NA) factions [regarding holding a snap parliamentary election] take place? The PM’s spokesperson Arman Yeghoyan said: “The sooner the negotiations are, the better,” Hraparak (Square) newspaper reported.
‘“How soon?’ ‘Over the coming weeks.’
‘“In what format will the negotiations proceed (…)?’ ‘The format will be determined in the process; it may differ from meeting to meeting.’
‘“Will there be meetings with the extra-parliamentary forces too?’ ‘It will be determined according to the political situation,’” Hraparak wrote.
