The procedure of recalling CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov from his position is over, Zhoghovurd newspaper writes.

“Although the issue of Armenia's candidate and Armenia's presidency in general is in the air, according to information acquired by Zghovord newspaper, Khachaturov returend to Armenia yesterday evening,” the daily says.

Khachaturov was charged with toppling constitutional order during the March 1, 2008 events, but was released on bail and continued his mission in Moscow.
