YEREVAN. – Hraparak (Square) newspaper has learned that most of the executive branch members who are on the electoral list of My Step Alliance want to go to parliament, not returning to the government of Armenia, the newspaper reported.

“The thing is that during these months, many of them have realized that, on the one hand, it [working at the Cabinet] is work beyond their might; on the other hand, the odds are considerable that they will cause [Acting PM] Nikol Pashinyan’s anger, and lose the trust—ending up ‘out of the game.’

“So the ‘safest’ is the status of an NA [National Assembly] MP; status, business trips, high salary, and zero accountability,” Hraparak wrote.
