YEREVAN. – Although the Government of Armenia has approved the draft law on making amendments to the law on government’s structure, this bill will not be debated on also at the forthcoming four-day sittings of the National Assembly, according to Zhamanak (Time) newspaper.

“The authorities are afraid that the [job] cuts and new wave of unemployment following its adoption may become a cause for shocks, and they [the authorities] do not know another way to take action against it but putting off those changes,” Zhamanak wrote.
