YEREVAN. – Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday will telephone Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to congratulate him on his birthday, according to Zhamanak (Time) newspaper.

“Despite tense relations, the Russian side maintains all the norms of politeness,” Zhamanak added.
