YEREVAN. - Past newspaper of Armenia writes that recently, there are reports that the authorities are using administrative levers on location regarding the Amulsar gold mine issue, attempting to put pressure on the Jermuk town residents to reach an agreement on the operation of the mine.

According to Past, the "local" leaders are particularly active in this regard, and they have been instructed to take steps to form a "consensus" among the population.

There is also information that a new wave of Amulsar rallies will soon take place, including in Yerevan.
