YEREVAN. – Irates newspaper of Armenia writes: It is rumored that there will be a rebranding of the government in the near future, but [PM] Nikol Pashinyan faces an unsolvable dilemma: where to get the staff? The staffing "geography" is not great - his team has proven to be dilettante and senseless; must use others' “reserves.”

Pashinyan should look into Russia's "eyes," in particular on the NSS chief; also on the Chief of Police.

Moreover, Russia has long ago posited a condition to change the NSC secretary. The NSC should have a man who will not stir the anger of mother Russia. At the same time, Russia also wants the first deputy prime minister [of Armenia] to be one to its liking.

Pashinyan is in a wall situation; one year of his tenure is coming to an end, the opportunity to express no confidence in him as well, and he has not had and does not have a solution in personnel matters.
