YEREVAN. – Hraparak newspaper of Armenia writes: The owner of TV 5, Armen Tavadyan, a former Karabakh representative in Russia, who was charged in connection with hitting [activist] Vardges Gaspari with a plastic bottle near the court in the spring, could not travel for eight months to Moscow where his family lives.

On the threshold of New Year, the investigator had allowed him to leave shortly to celebrate the New Year with his family. But yesterday they arrested him on a new charge of forcing a change of testimony.
