YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: At the January 29 sitting, the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission will recognize null and void Resolution No. 66A of March 7, 2018. In other words, it will revoke the license issued to Lydian Armenia company on March 7, 2018 to use radio frequencies.

It should be noted that the commission had issued the company license to use the 152.625 MHz and 157.625 MHz radio frequencies for a period of 10 years for the organization of a mobile radio communication network in Vayots Dzor Province.

Zhoghovurd daily has learned that now the commission not only annuls the decision, but also obliges the company to pay the used radio communication fee to the state budget. It is not known how much this sum costs, as the information on it was closed on the official website of the commission.
