With the draft authored by [the majority] My Step [faction in parliament], according to which they should be able to neutralize CC [Constitutional Court] President Hrayr Tovmasyan by referendum and make the CC their own, is so desirable just at first glance for the My Step members.

According to Iravunk’s information, there are concerns among the same ranks of My Step that if they carry out this scenario, they will return H. Tovmasyan to politics, as it happened in the case of [ex-President] Robert Kocharyan.

Moreover, there are even viewpoints that an unprecedented increase in Hrayr Tovmasyan's rating could make him even prime minister after possible early parliamentary elections.
