YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily writes: Representatives of the World Health Organization [(WHO)] have been in Armenia for several days, monitoring large hospitals to see if Armenia is ready to withstand the coronavirus.

"They found that it will be difficult in case of large number patients; we will not be able to withstand without the WHO’s assistance." Why can't you? "There is a problem with the number of beds, medicines…if the actual the epidemic begins, there will not be 2-4 cases, there may be more than 100-200.

We have decided that hospitals will operate in a state of emergency, as in times of wars. We will be re-profiled, we will not admit planned patients, we will be busy with the coronavirus.”
