YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Zhoghovurd daily has learned details from a new revelation made by the National Security Service (NSS).

In particular, the NSS reported that the head of one of the key departments of the RA Ministry of Finance, together with relatives of RA [former] Minister of Finance [and State Revenue Committee (SRC) former chairman] Gagik Khachatryan, (...) have gone beyond official powers.

The NSS had not disclosed who the head of the key department is. According to the information Zhoghovurd daily has received, the latter is Vahram Guroghyan, the former head of the SRC Pre-Release Control Department, who became more known to the public with the story of the 1 ton of heroin in 2014.

First, let's note that on January 17, 2014, about 1 ton of heroin type drug was discovered, and the discovery was made by former head of the SRC Pre-Release Control Department, Vahram Guroghyan, currently on the NSS view, who is declared wanted.
