YEREVAN. - Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Artur Ghazinyan, the leader of One Armenia party, had submitted a report to the RA Prosecutor General's Office and the Special Investigation Service [(SIS)] on the fact of failing the fight against the coronavirus.

According to Past newspaper’s information, SIS chief Sasun Khachatryan received an instruction from [PM] Nikol Pashinyan to find grounds to reject the initiation of the criminal case.

This instruction has put Khachatryan in a rather difficult situation, as the report is professionally prepared, and there are undeniable grounds whose disregarding and rejecting the initiation of a criminal case has become practically impossible.
