YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes: The coronavirus managed to leave a mark on the real estate market. In particular, apartment prices in Yerevan have dropped.

According to experts, in the last two months, apartment owners want to sell their real estate quickly, but buyers refuse to visit apartments—for fear of becoming infected with the coronavirus.

As a result, the apartment owner gradually begins to reduce the price of his property.

And the market for apartments for daily rent is in a crisis situation. After all, the borders are closed, and tourists do not enter Armenia. And as it is known, the majority of tourists visiting our country prefer the apartments for daily rent.
