YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: The NA [National] inquiry committee investigating the circumstances of the April [2016] war will soon publish the results of its one-year activity or the conclusion of its studies, and, as the committee members from the halls of power do not rule out, a criminal case may be initiated after that.

According to our sources, most likely, the key "hero" of the criminal case will be the Chief of Staff of the RA Armed Forces during the 2016 war, Yuri Khachaturov.

During its work, the committee found out that there was no written document, protocol or any document certifying the arrangements of Khachaturov, who left for Moscow for a ceasefire of the four-day [war]. Moreover, even after returning to Armenia, he was supposed to report to the Commander-in-Chief [then President Serzh Sargsyan] on as a result of what arrangement the ceasefire was reached, but there is no official protocol on the report in any archive.

A question arises: What did Khachaturov make arrangement on and with whom? This will be the main "conclusion-disclosure" of the committee.
