YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Yesterday, trilateral talks were held in Moscow between the representatives of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on the issue of captured servicemen. However, as of late last night, no positive developments or news are known yet.

Zhoghovurd daily learned that Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, Rustam Muradov, under whose leadership the [aforesaid] talks were being held and who was in the RF [(Russian Federation)] for several days to organize the meeting, will be in Yerevan today.

Let us note that the talks referred to the issue of return of [Armenian] prisoners of war, but the focus was especially on the issue of the six captives who were taken prisoner from the protection area of the RA MOD e military unit, and one of the demands of the RA was that the latter be returned to the RA immediately.

It is not yet clear what was decided as a result of the talks, but as of yesterday, there was no information yet about positive news.
