YEREVAN. – Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Past newspaper’s information, the ruling power has a political decision to appoint [ruling] CC [(Civil Contract Party)] members (with some exceptions—very pro-CC non-partisans) sweepingly to all positions, and to persuade those who need to be retained to join the party ranks.

By the way, this also refers to the law enforcement system, even if the law forces the seemingly "freeze" party affiliation.
