YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: The opposition "Armenia" bloc [led by second President Robert Kocharyan] continues the provincial visits. (…). They have decided to conclude these visits with a Yerevan rally, the day of which, according to the preliminary plan, is November 9, the day of signing the capitulation document [last year], or the 11th.

However, it is not ruled out that the "negative signals" received from the provinces become a reason for canceling the rally. Only the fact that the "Armenia" bloc did not dare to run in the LSG [i.e., local self-government] elections after taking 21 percent of the votes in the [snap] NA [(National Assembly)] elections [on June 20] already speaks of a certain rating.

To the question about the rally, [“Armenia”] bloc MP Kristine Vardanyan responded: "We have not publicized such information yet. We have announced that on the anniversary of the 44-day [Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)] war we will organize various events, the format of which you are being informed about."
