YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Last night, the Azerbaijani armed forces had resumed shooting on the RA border. This coincided exactly with [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan's behavior at the CSTO summit, before that the sending of militants to Kazakhstan.

Were yesterday’s—according to preliminary data—two [Armenian] casualties and the same number wounded the price of the [Armenian] peacekeepers sent to Kazakhstan?

Zhoghovurd daily learned that during the meeting, law enforcement and the political team explained to Nikol Pashinyan that yesterday's tension [on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border] is directly related to the [Armenian] military unit sent to Kazakhstan.

In a conversation with Zhoghovurd daily, MP Armen Khachatryan of the [ruling majority] CC [Civil Contract] faction [in the National Assembly (NA)] said: "I do not wish to give a comment yet. Let's find out how the events will develop, after which we can give a new assessment."

And why doesn't Nikol Pashinyan petition to the same CSTO with a request for help, as the RA borders are being fired upon, drones are flying in the RA skies? We asked the pro-government MP, who is also a member of the NA Standing Committee on Defense [and Security], whether they would petition. "I think not," Khachatryan replied in short. That is, Armenia provides service to the CSTO, but does not use their service.
