YEREVAN. – Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: After [Armenia PM] Nikol Pashinyan's failed "Samvel Babayan" coup in Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], the authorities of Armenia have planned a new test of Artsakh's domestic political life.

In particular, according to the Artsakh source of Past newspaper, Pashinyan is putting pressure on the Artsakh authorities so that they make constitutional amendments and restore the prime minister’ post—where Pashinyan sees Babayan.

Apart from the fact that Pashinyan has already caused great damage to Artsakh with his statements and actions, the authorities of Armenia have decided to again "place" Samvel Babayan in Artsakh, in order not to leave him without a position and to properly compensate for [his] services rendered to them.

According to the newspaper’s information, this news was rather unpleasantly received in Artsakh, and at least for now they are resisting the arbitrariness of the RA authorities.
