YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Armenia’s society is waiting with bated breath for the meeting in [Russia’s] Sochi [city], before which [Russian President] Vladimir Putin spoke first, at the Valdai [Discussion] Club, then [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan responded on Twitter.

Everything is going toward signing, initialing something, or at least reaching a preliminary agreement [with Azerbaijan] in Sochi.

But, according to our information, Azerbaijan is not at all inclined to sign anything. And the problem is not the content of the document, but the fact that it has a greater appetite and far-reaching plans, which depend also on geopolitical developments, Armenia's ability to recover, and most importantly, Russia's future.
