YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Yesterday [PM] Nikol Pashinyan opened the CSTO session [in Yerevan] with criticism.

"Armenia is finishing its presidency in the CSTO. Although it was a jubilee year, it was not a jubilee year for Armenia at all. During the 2 years, the CSTO member country has been subjected to aggression by Azerbaijan at least 3 times, and in fact until now we have not received any reaction from the CSTO regarding that aggression, which is a big blow to the image of the CSTO," he said and called it “the biggest failure of Armenia's presidency."

Then [Russian President Vladimir] Putin answered him in his speech: "There is hope that it is possible to achieve the signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan."
