YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes: Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan, although he has just been appointed to the post, has already started a real personnel massacre. Yesterday, he dismissed all cabinet ministers and appointed only four as acting.

Zhoghovurd daily was informed that the parade of dismissals by the minister of state surprised not only the political forces of Artsakh, but also the representatives of the executive, legislature, and power structures.

The Artsakh sources of our daily newspaper reported that no new names have been circulated until this moment.

"He [i.e., Ruben Vardanyan] keeps that information strictly confidential. It is not known who he is having discussions with in this regard, or whether he is having discussions in general, or whether he is personally making decisions," said our interlocutor, and added that the new government cabinet of Artsakh, apparently, will not be formed from the people of Artsakh.

"He will bring personnel either from Armenia or from abroad. He constantly emphasizes that non-standard solutions are needed in Artsakh today, and for that, apparently, he will bring "non-standard" solutions specialists to the fore," our interlocutor added.
