ՀԱՊԿ-ի երեկվա գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքները զարմանալի չէին։ Այս մասին Twitter-ի իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը։
«Կառույցի գլխավոր քարտուղարին տարածաշրջան գործուղելու որոշումը դատարկ որոշում էր, որը նպատակ ուներ խուսափել կոլեկտիվ պատասխանատվությունից Հայաստանի դեմ հարձակման պայմաններում։
Գագաթնաժողովում հնչած ձևակերպումները՝ «տեղեկություններ գալիս են երկու կողմից», «դժվար է խոսել սահմանի նկատմամբ ոտձնգության մասին, որովհետև այն սահմանազատված չէ» խոսում են այդ կառույցի ապարդյուն լինելու մասին»,- գրել է Զոհրաբյանը։
