The ombudsperson of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, met with dozens of Armenians remaining in Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh.
Azerbaijani media disseminated the report about this meeting.
It is noteworthy, however, that this report has neither photos nor videos.
