The anniversary meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council is underway in Moscow.

The session is chaired by Armenian Prime Minister and current chairman of the Council, Nikol Pashinyan, with the participation of the heads of states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries and the chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Bakytzhan Sagintaev.

This meeting coincides with the tenth anniversary of the signing of the EAEU Treaty.

The presidents of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the meeting, and the leaders of the observer countries, Uzbekistan and Cuba, will join them.

It is planned to discuss 13 matters, including strategic directions for the development of Eurasian economic integration until 2025 and the main directions of EAEU international activity in 2023.

Also, a number of important documents are planned to be accept.

The date and place of the next session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council will be decided, too.

In the evening, a traditional friendly dinner will be held for the heads of the CIS delegations—and with the participation of the President of Cuba.
