According to the agreement reached, the Russian border guard and military posts that were deployed in Tavush, Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, and Ararat Provinces during and after the 44-day war in 2020 will stop their deployment and pull out from those posts. Hayk Konjoryan, leader of the ruling majority Civil Contract Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia, wrote about this on Facebook.

"The decision to stop the activities of the RF [i.e. Russian Federation] border guards at Zvartnots [International] Airport [of Yerevan] was also approved at the highest level," Konjoryan added.
