The law enforcement has carried out a large-scale antiterrorist operation in 22 provinces of Turkey, Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya announced on X—formerly Twitter.

According to him, the result of this operation was the arrest of 239 suspects with ties to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

Also, the law enforcement officers confiscated firearms, as well as a large amount of organizational documents and digital materials.
