YEREVAN. – A minor earthquake was registered on Friday morning near the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

A 2.5 magnitude quake hit the border area, 29 kilometers far from the town of Vardenis.

The quake with hypocenter at the depth of 10 kilometers measured 3 magnitude in the epicenter.
