YEREVAN. – Young pilots of Russia's Southern Military District have started night flights on modern MiG-29.

For graduates of 2014 it is the first night flights on combat aircrafts that are conducted under the supervision of experienced instructors.

The main objective of the training of military pilots in the summertime is to increase the skill and training of flight preparation for joint exercises with the military personnel of Armenia's Ministry of Defence that are planned for August-September this year at Alagyaz and Baghramyan training facilities, Southern Military District press service said.
