Officer Cadet of the Sandhurst Royal Academy Vardan Soghomonyan received the King Hussein Award.

“We are happy to see once again the very high level of the cadets which Armenia sends to Sandhurst Royal Academy. This year Officer Cadet Vardan Soghomonyan has received the King Hussein Award it has been presented by the Commandant of the Royal Military Academy to the Officer Cadet from Overseas who he assesses to have made the most improvement since arriving at Sandh,” UK Embassy said on Facebook.

An Armenian officer, Lt Cadet Sevak Virabyan was carrying Armenian flag during the NATO summit in Wales. Earlier Lt Cadet Sevak Virabyan was awarded the Hodson’s Horse Merit Award for outstanding achievement.
