YEREVAN. – Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Baku office visited a Karabakh soldier, who had passed to the Azerbaijani side, ICRC Yerevan Office Communications Officer Zara Amatuni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the visit, the family news was transmitted.

On March 22, contract servicemen of NKR Defense Army Andranik Grigoryan was captured by Azerbaijani Armed Forces. On the next day, Azerbaijani media in violation of international humanitarian law posted the record of an “interview” of the prisoner and the “moment of crossing” the line of contact. The NKR Defense Ministry said the video is a fake.

Arsen Baghdasaryan is another Karabakh soldier who has been captivated by Azerbaijan.
