YEREVAN. – A delegation led by Ara Nazaryan, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia, recently visited the Microsoft office in the US, where technical staff from the Ministry of Defense (MOD) and several other relevant departments of Armenia is undergoing training.
The delegation also visited the Microsoft Cybercrime Office and the Data Protection Center, and met with a number of company representatives, informed the MOD press service.
At the talks, the parties discussed Microsoft’s possible assistance to the training of staff that will develop Armenia’s cybersecurity program, and in the cybersecurity of the MOD and several other relevant departments of the country.
