YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Ministry of Defense today held a meeting of the heads of its corresponding subdivisions with media representatives.

During the meeting, the press representatives were informed about the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the Line of Contact between the Armed Forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

They were also informed that the adversary violated the ceasefire for 445 times during the last week, also applying rifle weaponry of different calibers and artillery.  

The events of September 25-30 on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the Line of Contact, provocative steps of Azerbaijan aimed at exacerbating the situation, and the counteractions of the Armenian side were also discussed at the meeting.

A drone-shot documentary on the damage inflicted on the troops and infrastructures of the adversary was shown to the media representatives.  

At the meeting, which lasted for about an hour and a half, the Defense Ministry representatives responded to the questions of the journalists.
