On December 20, NKR President Bako Sahakyan participated in the solemn event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Hero of Artsakh, lieutenant-general Christopher Ivanyan at Stepanakert Youth and Culture Palace, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, Premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials also attended the event.
