YEREVAN. - Balance establishment on fire systems assures once again that war possibility is reduced in Nagorno Karabakh, deputy chancellor of Caucasus institute, politician Sergey Minasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The expert stated that information on military balance has recently been revealed, and added that Armenia has also “Skat” missiles, which can reach objects in Azerbaijani capital. Information on other systems also shows that Karabakh war will not be so painless for Azerbaijan.
