ANKARA. - Imam of Golbasi village of Turkish Bursa province lost his manhood after his sideways adventures became known to his wife. 

S. K., a 38-year-old mother of three children, began to suspect her husband, the imam of the village, in treason. The woman made a scandal when learned that her husband got himself a mistress on the side, reports Turkish Hurriyet.

The Imam promised to end the relationship, however, a few days later, as his wife was checking the history of SMS messages of her husband, she came across the following message: "My love, I miss you."

The furious wife grabbed a kitchen knife, entered the bedroom where her husband slept and cut off his penis.

In the hospital they sew Imam’s penis back. As for the jealous spouse, the court released her on bail.
