Armenia is the most expensive country to live in among the South Caucasus countries, according to data from Numbeo, the world's largest database on the cost and quality of life.

Armenia ranks 87th in the respective index, while Georgia is 116th, and Azerbaijan is 122nd.

Separately, Turkey ranks 93rd, while Russia is 104th.

The aforesaid index takes into account the cost of living, food and housing prices, crime rates, healthcare quality, public transportation quality, and several other factors.
