The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have started negotiations on a peaceful settlement, reports SputnikKZ.
Their meeting is taking place at the Friendship House in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
As we already informed, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov have arrived in Almaty Friday.
The meeting is being held at the proposal of the Kazakh side.
