Dec. 4, 2009 the 15-day period intended for consideration of Armenia-Turkey Protocols and introduction to the court by RA Constitutional Court judge Vladimir Hovhannisyan expired.

RA President of the Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan should appoint a day for meeting within 10 days to decide on the Protocols’ ratification date and respondent, RA CC press secretary Hovhannes Papikyan informed NEWS.am.

As NEWS.am reported previously, Armenia-Turkey Protocols were signed in Zurich, October 10, 2009. The documents should be ratified in the parliaments of the two states to come into effect.
