YEREVAN.- Heritage Party is not depriving other parties of voters, the party has its electorate, leader Raffi Hovannisian said during “One hundred questions and one hundred answers” discussion held on Tuesday.

Hovannisian is confident one should not see a conspiracy in the election process, as a voter is to decide who he would prefer.

“We are not using western or eastern political technologies, we are just implementing electoral program. People see that the Heritage MPs are in the place where it is necessary to restore justice. We are not taking away votes, the people see everything themselves,” he said.

During the previous parliamentary elections in 2007 the Heritage polled 6% of votes, seven seats in the National Assembly. Heritage is a liberal party founded in 2002.
