Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu had a telephone conversation with his French counterpart Alain Juppe and informed him about the accident on the Turkish-Syrian border.
Alain Juppe thanked Davutoglu for granting shelter to the Syrian migrants, Anadolu agency reports.
The Turkish side insists that shots were registered from the Syrian side in the direction of the refugee camps in the territory of Turkey.
