Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree according to which Vahagn Melikyan was appointed the new Armenian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Argentina (residence is in Buenos Aires).
As the press service of the president informs Armenian News-NEWS.am, according to another decree Vladimir Karmirshalyan was dismissed from the position if Armenia’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay and Chili.
