ATHENS. - Extraordinary Parliamentary elections will take place in Greece on May 6, 2012, the state news agency of Athens announced referring to the Greek PM Lukas Papadimosi.
The PM met the Greek President Karolos Papoulias on Wednesday and asked him to appoint the day for the new parliament elections, RIA Novosti informs.
According to the Greek Constitution, the elections must be held before Fall 2013 but the ruling coalition decided upon extraordinary elections.
